Girl Gang &%!?d and filmed
| Quote: | RICHMOND, Calif.— Four teens could appear in court as early as Thursday after being charged in the alleged gang &%!? of a
15-year-old girl outside her high school homecoming dance in Northern California.
The four _ ages 15, 16, 17 and 19 _ were charged Wednesday with &%!? and enhancements that they acted in concert, which could make them eligible for
life in prison.
"These are people who played a significant role in the incident," Richmond Police Lt. Mark Gagan said. "I'm confident that more arrests will be
made."
Besides &%!?, the 19-year-old, Manuel Ortega of Richmond, was charged with robbery and assault causing great bodily injury. It was unknown if he had
an attorney.
The other three face one count each of felony &%!? with a foreign object. They were charged as adults because of the severity of the crime, Gagan
said. The 16-year-old also faces robbery charges.
All four remained in custody Wednesday. A fifth suspect arrested Tuesday, 21-year-old Salvador Rodriguez of Richmond, also remained jailed but had not
been charged.
The alleged gang &%!? and beating Saturday night at Richmond High School have rattled the city of about 120,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Police believe as many as 10 people ranging in age from 15 to mid-20s attacked the girl for more than two hours in a dimly lit area. As many as two
dozen people witnessed the &%!? without notifying police.
Gagan said the victim, a sophomore, left the dance and was walking to meet her father for a ride home when a classmate invited her to join a group
drinking in the courtyard. The girl had consumed a large amount of alcohol by the time the assault began, police said.
Gagan said the girl's father tried to call her cell phone, but no one answered.
Police received a tip about a possible assault on campus from a former student, who heard two males bragging about it. Officers found the girl
semiconscious and naked from the waist down near a picnic table.
She was released from the hospital Wednesday.
Police hope a $20,000 reward will bring more people forward with information. |
Really? Fucking disgusting, these are the people we're trying to protect? they don't have a case, I mean seriously, every single one of those people
should be brought to court, the people standing around watching, the people filming, and the people doing it. Thats fucking awful. Just awful.

That's terrible! It makes me upset to think about what this girl has gone through!
To the individuals who stood there watching you should feel ashamed! Pathetic.
This is such a serious crime. This poor girl has to live with that experience for the rest of her life.
My opinion if you ruin someone life, you should be sent away to prison for the rest of yours!

Interesting. I'd like to get into the psyche of the people who did this, but I'd also like to learn more about the girl. From the article, we don't
know nearly enough about her to assume it was entirely just the boys' fault (I'm not defending them or saying they aren't at fault, but yeah).

sorry, but that's stupid. No &%!? is ever the victims fault. Ever. It's a horrible experience no woman should ever go through and this woman in
prticular will be scarred for life. These men need to get there cocks chopped off.
Karma can be a bitch though... And in jail... They will all be bitches too.

that is so freaking terrible. i would never in a million years wish that upon anyone. can you imagine? fifteen?! thats absurd and incredibly scarring.
even if the girl was drunk, that makes no difference. and i would be so completely disgusted with myself if i WITNESSED that and didnt call the
police. that is so traumatizing. AND she was in the hospital? wow, that is just repulsive. i hope they get what they deserve.

we actually discussed this case a few days ago in my english class.
have you guys ever heard of the kitty genovese case from the 60s?
34 people heard or watched a woman being stabbed and did nothing.
it's the bystander effect, and its a lot more common than people want to believe.
i'm a mouth that doesn't smile
i'm a word that no one ever wants to say

I know it's a lot more common than people think, but it's also a lot less common than other people would have you think. the fact that it happens,
is in itself just deplorable

Such a shame though, it is something many of us are guilty of too. How many of us have failed to call the cops when we see something illegal going on
because of peer pressure. &%!? though needs to be the exception... I mean... RAPE? Really? You won't call the cops when you see that? Go fuck
yourselves.

They say the death penalty is inhumane. But some people need to be removed. Not saying &%!? = firing squad. But some people are just so messed up
there is no turning back. Id rather not pay money to taxes so joe nobody can be fed his sorry ass full for 30+ years cause we cant kill him after he
killed someone else.

you..."

lots of legal bullshit, and then they give them an injection that differs state to state that costs a lot. I say take a lead pipe drag the fucker
outside and place said pipe to base of skull where your neck meets the back of your head. Problem solved.
Or maybe just shoot them with a gun or something I guess firing squad type deal. Killing a murderer shouldnt be expensive it should be cheap.
